“ Got strawberry+cream flavour, tastes pretty poor with water, but great with milk. Froths up loads when shaken, which is irritating. Quite sweet, contains nasty artificial sweeteners. Gonna go and look for something without acesulfame-K in it. ”

“ Sorry to be a bore, but just to point out the 'Natural' flavour still has sucralose in it. So decide for yourself how natural you want your supplements to be. Both LA and Reflex do natural wheys with no artifical sweeteners (or so it says!). ”

“ This product does taste nice in the mint chocolate flavour, added glutamine and BCAA's make it a good recovery drink for me. The only downside i have come across is mixing it. when i put it in my shaker some clumps to the bottom and bits float in it ”

“ I have just started using this so will report back on Effectiveness, The first one I have opened is Choc Cookie, I mix with water, tastes ok, had better tasting whey's, Mixes easily but you get alot of froth. Have strawberry & vanilla to try aswell. ”

“ Until now i have been using a cheaper form of protein, Body Fortress, but this is considerabley better. I mix it with skimmed milk and it tastes great and is easily digested, have tried it with water and it still tastes ok, unlike the Body Fortress ”
